MILLARD, J. -- F. J. McKevitt and H. E. Fraser, a co-partnership engaged in the practice of the law, instituted this action to recover against Golden Age Breweries, Inc., for attorneys' fees alleged to be due for services performed by them for defendant. The cause was tried to the court, which found that between October, 1983, and april, 1940, plaintiffs, at the special instance and requests of defendant, performed legal services of the reasonable value of five hundred dollars. Judgment was entered accordingly. Defendant appealed.
